For my card today, I took the sketch I used on Wednesday and altered it slightly to make this card. After I made the sending caring thoughts card, I looked over at the layout and wondered if I could fit the Scalloped Christmas Cheer dies in that center section. My original thought was to use the second largest die; however, it was just too big for the space so I grabbed the next one down. It was a little small but then I thought, what if I use a rectangular piece of dsp to fill the center. How would that same 2 5/8" high piece work along with a 4" wide measurement? The Scalloped Christmas Cheer die fit that measurement perfectly! I then decided to cut the inside rectangle on the scalloped in a different color to add more interest. I do love how this turned out! Of course, you can use this layout for any season, occasion with any papers and stamps! Let's see what you make. Share with me over on my Facebook social page at kntdesigns stampers group social. Glow of Harvest POTM & hot foiling Grateful for You
Hello and welcome back to my blog. I'm so glad you stopped by. Today, I'm combining the new hot foil system by Stampin' Up! with the August Product of the Month, Glow of Harvest DSP. I've used two hot foiling plates, one for the background and one to frame the focal image in this card. I really like how it came out, and I hope you do as well. You will find a video tutorial on how to put this card together over on my YouTube channel by clicking this direct link.

Autumn Tree Grateful for you
For today's card, I wanted to try out the new Autumn Trees bundle. I love the large tree in the set. With the Autumn Equinox just having arrived, I wanted to make a tree that reflected the changing leaves. This is the card I came up with. The dies in this bundle are so amazingly detailed and you can do so much with this bundle for any season. It will also be a fantastic addition to your collection for making masculine cards. You can watch the video tutorial over on my YouTube channel and see the dies in action.

Turtle-y Grateful For You all year
For my card today, I've made a card that is both quick and easy. It has very little stamping and uses mostly Designer Series Paper for the decorations. When I was making it, I was thinking that it could be a Father's Day card, but for those who don't have father's, it could be for any BBQ chef in your life. To see how easy it is to put together, be sure to watch the video replay over on my YouTube channel.

Happy World Cardmaking Day! Today I wanted to use the featured stamp set and show how it doesn’t have to be pumpkins and by changing up some colors of the trees and the Designer Series Paper, this could be used for any season. Layers of Beauty Grateful For You
For my final project this week using the Layers of Beauty bundle by Stampin' Up!, I've created this Grateful for You card. It's a pretty simple layout meant to focus entirely on the images in the stamp set and how quickly and easily you can color them with the decorative masks included in the bundle. I've also provided some tips and tricks on how to quickly color a single rose right alongside the large focal image. Be sure to watch the video replay over on YouTube.
