Everyone is Irish for a Day Paper Doll Dress-Up My Creative Time Challenge

This card is made using my favorite cartridge Paper Doll Dress Up.  I used all SU products except for my stamps.  The "Everyone is Irish for a Day" stamp is from a Studio G $1 set I picked up at Craft Warehouse.  I used my PK Wide-Eyed Kids face assortment for the leprechaun's face. 

I used stickles to make the details on his hat stand-out just a bit and give it a little something extra as well as for the buttons on his jacket.  The "gold coins" are cut from DCWV shimmer stack gold paper.  Ribbon is SU.  I cut the tag from Once Upon a Princess and welded on a shamrock using the Gypsy and Paper Doll Dress Up so it would make the shape of my stamp.   Then made the shadow feature for tag with the Gypsy as well.  It took a little work, but I think it was worth it in the end. 

Inside sentiment is from My Creative Time's Turn that Frown Upside Down set.  I love this set.  Hope you enjoy it. 

Special Delivery Twins Card Peachy Keen Challenge

Hi everyone.  I made this card for my husband to take to his work for one of the ladies at his school who is expecting a set of twins.  For this card, I cut the paper dolls at 3.25.  I used the Peachy Keen Wide-Eyed Kids assortment for their faces.  Paper is Stampin' Up and DCWV (blue).  I used the swiss dot cuttlebug embossing folder and the ribbon is from SU as well.  Special Delivery tag is cut from Once Upon a Princess and is also stamped with an SU stamp which was a hostess set.  I used faux stitching with SU markers and added a couple of pearls for just a little something special. 

 

To make the paper doll baby, I cut the blackout image at 3.25", then trimmed off the hands and feet so they didn't stick out from behind the clothes.  I couldn't find a baby in either paper doll cartridge, so I improvised.  I think it turned out pretty cute this way.  I finished the inside off with a swiss dotted strip of paper in the same green as on the front.  I'm having trouble with the photo upload for it.  Hope you like it.
