Quick On the Horizon and New Horizons DSP all occasion card

Hello again.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.  Today's project is actually the first card made during my weekly live video on Tuesday, 4-26-22, which you can see here: https://youtu.be/6QVnObn3bcA

This card is very quick and easy to make.  It takes just a few minutes as the New Horizons Designer Series Paper does most of the work for you.  I love how this card turned out.  Of course, you could use any sentiment you would like to and it would be appropriate for most any occasion.

For the inside sentiment, I used the Wildlife Wonder stamp set and stamped it in Night of Navy, but of course, you can use any sentiment you already have on hand.
Supplies and measurements:
On The Horizon bundle (to include Horizon dies available through June 2022)
Oceanfront stamp set
Card base in Night of Navy cut at 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4"
Scrap of Basic White for die cutting
Scrap of Smokey Slate for die cutting
New Horizons Designer Series Paper cut at 4 x 5 1/4"

Grassy Grove Father's Day with New Horizons

Hello again.  Hope everyone is well.  My project for today features the New Horizons Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the Grassy Grove bundle available in the Stampin' Up! January-June 2022 mini catalog.  I love how easy it is to make quick cards using this bundle and the gorgeous DSP.   You can see how I put this card together here: https://youtu.be/6QVnObn3bcA

These cards were so much fun, I made several using different patterns of the DSP and experimenting with some color options.  They are all made the same way, just different DSP and colors.

I left the inside of this without a sentiment so I can add later when I know who the recipient is and what occasion I'll be using it for.  With the Thinking of You sentiment, which is from Beautiful Friendship, it can be used for most any occasion and I love the versatility of that.  Ink colors used are Garden Green, Evening Evergreen for the tree and Soft Suede for the deer.  All tree trunks on the die cuts were colored with the Natural Tones Stampin' Blend in SU 100, which is the darkest color in the collection.
This stamp comes from Grassy Grove and is stamped using Garden Green ink.
For this one, I pulled the sentiments from Best Year which is a retiring stamp set on the Last Chance list and available while supplies last through April 2022.  Inks used for stamping Soft Suede, Garden Green and Evening Evergreen.
Inks used for stamping inside were Garden Green and Evening Evergreen on the tree leaves and Soft Suede on the tree trunk and sentiment.

For this card, I used sentiments from Happy and Heartfelt available through June 2022.  The colors I used to stamp the tree images were Garden Green for the background stamp and Old Olive for the detailed tree stamp.

I hope you have enjoyed this projects.  Please leave a comment and let me know which one is your favorite.  If you would like to order any of the products I've used today, click on the shopping cart in the upper right.  It will take you to my online store where you can shop 24/7.

A little note Enjoy the Moment and Painted Poppies

The card I have for you today is another one of the cards made during my live tutorial on Tuesday.  It also features the stamp set Enjoy the Moment.  This time, I've paired it with Painted Poppies for a completely different look and feel.  This card actually started out as a challenge card from Kitchen Table Stamper and her Connect Four game.  This particular card was changed up a bit during my live with input from the live audience.  It does use some retiring product on the Last Chance list, available while supplies last.  Be sure to jump on over to my online store by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right corner and check out the Last Chance list along with all the good bargains available there.  But remember to do it quickly as once these items sell out, they're gone and won't be returning.  Painted Poppies is carrying over to the new annual catalog, so no worries there.  You can watch the video replay over on my YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/TL1rTFfZWyw

I left the inside without a sentiment so I could write a note for the recipient, or add whatever sentiment I needed when the time comes.  I really like the color combination of Fresh Freesia and Rich Razzleberry along with the black and white.
Supplies and measurements:
Basic White Thick cardstock, card base 5 1/2 x 8 1/2
Basic White scrap for stamping and punching
Rich Razzleberry cardstock 3 3/4 x 5"
Pattern Party Designer Series Paper (Last Chance List, available while supplies last) 1 1/2 x 5"
