Butterflies and Flowers Masks with Catching Butterflies fun fold
Happy Thursday everyone! So happy you're here. Today's projects stem from one of my friends asking how to complete a certain fun fold. So while I was helping her figure out the measurements, I created these cards. The first card is one I created for my Tuesday night Facebook live and features the Sale-a-bration stamp set Catching Butterflies which can only be received for free with a qualifying purchase through February, 2022. Time is running out to get this stamp set for free. Click on the shopping cart in the upper right to go to my online store and click on Sale-a-bration to see what all you can earn for free. A bouquet of 3D Daffodil cards
This is the second round of projects I showed during the FB Live on 02-15-22. You can watch the replay here which will show you how I put these daffodils together: https://youtu.be/5SRsVDEiEAY
For this card, I cut the daffodil dies from the Simply Marbleous Designer Series Paper (DSP) which is only available through the end of February 2022 during Saleabration and is free with a $50 purchase. I used the yellow piece and cut the base layers from the marbled side of the paper and the detail pieces for each flower from the more satin looking side. The stems and leaves are cut from the New Horizons DSP which can be found in the January-June 2022 mini catalog. For the sentiment piece, I punched a piece of bumblebee with the Tailored Tag punch and the other from Basic White. I cut the Bumblebee piece in half horizontally and then adhered to the back of the white. (I show this on the video.) The sentiment comes from Dragonfly Garden. The card base is an A2 size (5 1/2 x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" in Evening Evergreen. The base layer is 4 x 5 1/4" then embossed with the Stitched Greenery die. I added a piece of the Evening Evergreen organdy ribbon and a bumblebee trinket to finish it off.For the inside I stamped the images from Daffodil Daydream in Basic Black (butterflies) and Garden Green (scroll border). The butterflies were colored with the Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends. Dark on the outside, light on the inside. The inside Basic White piece is cut at 3 5/8 x 4 7/8".

Daffodil Daydream Medley of Cards
During my FB Live Tuesday, I made several cards and showed how to use the Daffodil Daydream bundle of products by Stampin' Up! along with the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper (DSP) which you can earn for free with a qualifying purchase through the end of February 2022. You can watch the live replay on my YouTube page here: https://youtu.be/5SRsVDEiEAY
This is one of the cards we made. It is a simple card with a big impact, I think.Inside layer is Basic White cardstock cut at 3 5/8 x 4 7/8". This is the layer I use for the inside of my cards most often as I can get five of them from one sheet of cardstock. The sentiment comes from A Wish for Everything. It can be found in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog and has coordinating dies called Word Wishes dies which cover most holidays. Be sure to check those out!
For the inside of the card I used the stitched rectangle die which is closest to 3 5/8 x 4

Calming Camillia medley of cards
Welcome and thank you for stopping by my blog. Today I have some projects I've made with the Calming Camillia stamp set by Stampin' Up! You can't purchase this set; however, you can earn it for free during Sale-a-Bration which runs through February, 2022. With a qualifying purchase of $300 and/OR with a $300 workshop (collective orders with your friends) you will receive this stamp set. But hurry, the end of the month is coming quickly. I hope you enjoy my projects today. If you would to see the replay of how I made these cards, you can watch it on my YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/HXouss4uzYw
This first card uses So Saffron for the card base and the focal image layer. The pattern paper or DSP is from the Simply Marbleous DSP pack which is a Sale-a-bration free choice with a $50 purchase. I stamped the image from Calming Camillia in Highland heather and the sentiment in Momento Tuxedo black ink. The sentiment is stamped on a 1/2" piece of the same DSP using the reverse side of the pattern paper. The focal image was stamped and then die cut using the large rectangle found in Nature's Thoughts dies #153586. I used the same die on all three projects. These dies can be found in my online store and in the 2021-2022 annual catalog by Stampin' Up! I colored the flower stamen in Daffodil Delight using Stampin' Blends markers.
For my third project, I wanted to showcase a different way of of showcasing the flowers. These flowers were stamped in Basic Gray, then colored with the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers in Flirty Flamingo and Old Olive. I love the results! It takes a bit more work than the previous two, but is well worth the effort. Of course, you could complete this project in a multitude of colors and have beautiful results without a lot of work. The sentiment on this card came from the Simply Succulents stamp set stamped in Basic Gray, but you could use any sentiment to make this a card for any occasion. I love the versatility of this stamp set. I finished all three projects off using the Brushed Brass Butterfly embellishments. I think they are the perfect finishing touch.
