Balloon Festoon Shaped Birthday card

 The first card I thought to make with the new Balloon Festoon card was a shaped birthday card.  I used the second largest of the balloon dies to make my card base.  I tried the largest balloon die but it wouldn't have fit into a standard medium size envelope, so I opted for the second largest size.  The finished card size is approximately 3 3/4" x 5".  I combined some images from the Words & Wishes stamp set to finish the overall design.  If you are in a hurry, you could easily stamp a sentiment, make the balloon card and call it good.  It would still be cute and unique with whatever pattern paper you used.  To see how I made my card, watch the video tutorial over on my YouTube channel by clicking this link.  After I finished the video, I did go back and add a baker's twine bow to the neck as I thought it would look a little more finished.  I love the difference it made, and you can see that in the photos below.

Trucking Along Festive Christmas Wreath card

 For today’s project I combined the pickup truck with the wreath die from Natural Prints.  It was really fun to put together and quite easy once you have the pieces stamped, colored and/ or die cut.  For the background I used a stencil from the Artistic Mix stencil pack.  To see how I put this card together, head on over to my YouTube channel and watch the video replay HERE:
