Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I'm sharing a treat box I made with the Party Banner dies. I had seen Ronda Wade make a box using the banner dies so I decided to create one for myself. Because it's the beginning of October and Breast Cancer Awareness month, I thought it only fitting to create a box using the Love & Courage stamp set. This set is the Making a Difference fundraiser for Stampin' Up! $3 of each stamp set purchased is donated to a breast cancer organization in each of their markets around the world. Supplies and Measurements:
Love & Courage stamp set 165935
Party Banner Dies 165264 (can be purchased in a bundle* with a coordinating alphabet die set)
Stylish Shapes dies 159183
Sunflower 3D embossing folder 166145
Basic White cardstock, approx. 1/2 sheet for die cutting & stamping
Melon Mambo two-tone cardstock, 1 1 /2" x 3 1/2"
Melon Mambo cardstock 1 sheet 8 1/2" x 11"
Cut one piece 5 1/4" x 7"
score on 5 1/4" side at 1" from each end
score on 7" side at 3" from each end
Cut two of the 7th to the largest party banner dies OR rectangles 3 1/2" X 4 1/2" banner cut one end by cutting up the center approximately 1/2" inch, then going from one corner to the center cut and repeating on the opposite side.
