Happy Hedgehogs meet Ringed With Nature

Today’s card combines a bundle from the 2022-23 Stampin’ Up! Annual catalog with a new bundle from the JJ 2022 Stampin’ Up! mini catalog.  When I first saw Ringed With Nature I just knew I needed to combine it with those happy little hedgehogs from the annual catalog!  Next I added a fall Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the host reward paper pack called Celebrate Everything.  You can get this 48 sheet pack of paper free using your Stampin’ Rewards when you host a workshop which is at least $150 or place an order of that amount ($180 is needed to get absolutey free or $3 with $150.) It made the perfect backdrop for my scene!  It has taken me a bit, but here is my design.  You can watch the FB live replay where I put this card together over on my YouTube channel by clicking the link HERE:

Best Remedy Card Kit 3D Purse Tissue Box

When I received this kit, I just knew I needed to make a tissue box with the cute little skunk image and the sentiments!  So I sat down Monday night and designed a box to fit my purse pack of Kleenex tissues.  Here is the project I came up with.  I'll show you a photo of my first project as well.  Not much difference in the two, except my pattern paper for the final project actually came from the kit as half of one of the card bases.

You can watch how I put this project together by clicking here:

This is my original design and uses last year's 2021-2023 6x6 In Color DSP in Polished Pink.  After designing it, I realized I could just use half a card front from the card kit.  With the way I cut the card front, I was able to have a piece left over for the inside of the card you will see in Thursday's blogpost.
Measurements and Supplies:
Best Remedy Card Kit
Half of striped card base for patterned paper, you will need one piece at 7/8 x 2 1/4", one piece 2 1/4 x 4 3/8 and two pieces 7/8 x 4 3/8"
Polished Pink card stock for box 7 x 7 1/8"--Score on 7 1/8" side at 1, 3 3/8, 4 3/8 and 6 3/4", rotate clockwise and Score on 7" side at 1, 5 1/2 and 6 1/2"
Basic White for stamping and diecutting 1/2 sheet
Basic Gray scrap approximately 1 1/4 x 4"
Polished Pink cardstock 3/8 x 2 1/4" for sentiment strip
Decorative Label Punch
Stylish Shapes dies
Black and White Gingham ribbon
Heart Pearls
Stampin' Blends markers in Lt Polished Pink, Lt Granny Apple Green, Lt Starry Sky, Dk Pool Party, Dk Daffodil Delight, Lt Flirty Flamingo, Dk Smokey Slate and Lt Basic Black

Driving By Spiral Dye

Today's project is one of my favorites.  I love how this one turned out.  I wasn't going to get the Spiral Dye stamp set but am glad I did.  This project also uses the Sale-a-bration stamp set Driving By.  You can choose this stamp set for free with a qualifying purchase of $50.  You can shop my online store by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right.  You can watch how I put this card together by watching my YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/HXouss4uzYw

I started this card by stamping out my vintage van in Momento Tuxedo black ink on Basic White cardstock and also on a piece of Pattern Party Designer Series Paper.  I then colored the van with my Stampin' Blends in Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Grey Granite and Basic Black.  I cut out the lower and upper portions of the van from the DSP and then glued them into place onto of my colored van.  This technique is known as paper piecing.  I then fussy cut out the van and set it aside.  The sentiment was stamped on Basic White using Bermuda Bay ink and die cut with a die from the newly released Beautiful Shapes dies.  The "road" was stamped using a stamp from Gumball Greetings, inked in Basic Gray on Basic White cardstock, then trimmed on both sides to approximately 1/2".  The Spiral Dye stamped was stamped on a quarter sheet of Basic White cardstock using Versamark clear ink, then embossed using white embossing powder.  I then used Bermuda Bay, Real Red and Pumpkin Pie inks with the blending brushes to brush on the color.  The finishing touch for this card features the Pebbles Enamel Shapes released in the Jan-June 2022 mini catalog.  I love the added touch these bring to the card.

This is the inside view of the card, the sentiment comes from Free as a Bird.

Measurements:

Card Base in Pool Party cardstock cut to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"
Base Layer 4 x 5 1/4" in Bermuda Bay
Focal image layer 3 7/8 x 5 1/8" in Basic White (I started with a quarter sheet of cardstock, stamped and colored, then cut down to this size)
Inside layer 3 5/8x 4 7/8" Basic White
Stamp sets used: Spiral Dye, Driving By and Free as a Bird
Pattern Party DSP (free using Stampin' Rewards of $18, received with an order or workshop of at least $180)
Stampin' Blends in Bermuda Bay, Grey Granite, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party and Basic Black
