You Brighten My Days Butterfly 6x6 DSP Fun Fold card

Happy Monday everyone!  I'm so grateful you stopped by today.  The card I have for you today, uses a quick and easy fun fold.  I do love the impact you get with it and it really shows off those 6x6 scenery papers you have a difficult time cutting up!  To see you I've put this card together, be sure to watch the video replay over on my YouTube channel.  

Supplies and Measurements:

Sketched Butterflies bundle 163492 (includes stamps 163490 & dies 163491)*

Spotlight on Nature bundle 163581 (includes stamps 163579 & dies 163580)*

Thoughtful Journey 6x6 DSP  6 x 5 1/4" in landscape orientation

    On 6" side:  First cut 1 7/8", then cut another piece 1 7/8", this leaves a piece 2 1/4" (keep in order)

Iridescent Striped Trim 163299

Card base is Blackberry Bliss, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"

Basic White cardstock 1 3/4" x 5 1/4", additional for circle

Hearts & Hugs 6 x 6 Scenery Fun Fold

 Today's card is a fun fold card.  I learned this fun fold from another demo quite a while back and I can't remember who it was now.  But thank you for this wonderful use of 6 x 6 scenery Designer Series Papers.

Measurements & Supplies:

Hearts & Hugs bundle 163667 (on sale through June 30, 2024--includes stamps 163659 & dies 163666*

Nested Essentials dies 161597

Musical Jamboree stamp set 163616 (optional, I used for texture)

Thoughtful Journey DSP 163303 5 1/4" x 6"

    Cut 6" side at 2 3/4 & 1 1/4" which leaves 2" piece (be sure to cut in the order listed and keep pieces     in order of the scenery. Use 3/4" strip you cut from the bottom to make 5 1/4" for sentiment layer.

Card base = Pretty Peacock cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 1 1/2" & 4 1/4"

Basic White cardstock 2" x 5 1/4" for inside, scraps for die cutting

Scraps of Mossy Meadow, Peach Pie & Petunia Pop cardstock

Ink Pads: Basic Gray, Mossy Meadow, Boho Blue, Pretty Peacock

Bee Happy Fold Over Flap mini treat box

Meandering Meadows 6x6 Scenery fun fold with Hot Air Balloons

 I love the Meandering Meadows Designer Series Paper which is part of the Online Exclusives products.  If you haven’t seen it, you should definitely take a look.  It’s beautiful paper and has great textures on the reverse side to coordinate.  The sceneries are so pretty you might have a hard time cutting into it.  This card layout solves that problem, quickly and easily.  It also pairs well with the newly released Hot Air Balloons bundle.  Be sure to watch the video replay to see just how I’ve put this card together on YouTube here: 

Measurements and Supplies:

Hot Air Balloon bundle 162755 (includes stamps 162748 and coordinating dies 162754)*

Perennial Postage Dies 162607 (also available in a bundle 162608)

Meandering Meadows 6x6 Designer Series Paper 162735, one 6x6 sheet and a piece 2 1/2" x 5 1/4"

    Cut 6x6 piece to 6 x 5 1/4", then cut from left to right starting at 2 3/4", then 1 1/4" leaving a piece
